Information Management Architect – MS OFFICE 365

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

NavPoint is looking for a senior Information Management Architect with experience implementing MS Office 365 in a government (Federal, Provincial, Municipal), Government Agency or Crown corporation.

WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE?
• Previous experience in the design, implementation and support of MS Office 365 and related technology solutions with at least 2 different government (Federal, Provincial, Municipal), Government Agency or Crown corporation;
• Experience in Information Management, Business Analysis, Business Process Design, Workflows and Automation;
• Analyse existing capabilities and requirements, develop redesigned frameworks and recommend areas for improved capability and integration. Develop and document detailed statements of requirements;
• Evaluate existing procedures and methods, identify and document database content, structure, and application subsystems, and develop data dictionary;
• Define and document interfaces of manual to automated operations within application subsystems, to external systems, and between new and existing systems;
• Prototype potential solutions, provide tradeoff information and suggest recommended courses of action;
• Perform information modelling in support of BPR implementation;
• Perform cost/benefit analysis of implementing new processes and solutions;
• Provide advice in developing and integrating process and information models between business processes to eliminate information and process redundancies; and
• Provide advice in defining new requirements and opportunities for applying efficient and effective solutions; identify and provide preliminary costs of potential options.

WHAT OTHER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE COULD BE AN ASSET?
• MS Office 365 Certification.

Senior Change Management Microsoft 365 Consultant

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

NavPoint is looking for a senior Change Management Consultant with MS 365 prior project implementation experience in a government (Federal, Provincial, Municipal), Government Agency or Crown corporation to deliver change management strategies and tactical interventions.

WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE?

• Previous change management experience on a MS 365 project responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of the people-side of a MS Office 365 implementation with at least 2 different government / crown clients.
• Successful track record of developing and implementing change management strategies and plans (including communications, training and change management for Exchange online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint) while leveraging leading industry best practices in each of these areas.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and analysis.
• Experience designing and conducting change readiness assessments or change adoption assessments; conducting analysis and making recommendations based on findings.
• Ability to manage organizational change in an Agile and cross functional team approach.
• Ability to collaborate across client business and project teams (including IT and external vendors) to identify change related opportunities to integrate MS Office 365 solutions into everyday use to add additional value for client
• Demonstrated history of developing leading edge online learning solutions to support MS 365.
• A valid accreditation in Change Management (e.g. Prosci Change Management Certification, Being First, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or equivalent.
• A valid and relevant University degree OR a valid and relevant two-year College diploma.
• Ability to obtain a Government of Canada Secret security clearance or candidate is in possession of such clearance. This typically requires Permanent Residence or Canadian Citizen status with a minimum of 2 years of residency.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

NavPoint is looking for Microsoft Office 365 consultants to work with some of our key customers and to provide a platform for you to demonstrate your deep expertise in MS Office 365.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE?

• Previous experience in the design, implementation and support of MS Office 365 and related technology solutions with at least 2 different government / crown clients.
• Experience in Information Management, Business Analysis, Business Process Design, Workflows and Automation.
• MS Office 365 certification.
• Ability to obtain a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability security clearance or candidate is in possession of such clearance.

WHAT OTHER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE COULD BE AN ASSET?

• Deep subject matter expertise with respect to various Microsoft technologies and able to provide implementation recommendations on Microsoft technologies.
• MS 365 and other related technologies solution design and architecture.
• Experience working with IT and business teams as technical support to clients for Office 365 and other technologies.
• Familiarity with the Power Platform.

Senior Proposal Writer

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The Senior Proposal Writer will play a central role in the ongoing success and growth of NavPoint by providing Proposal Management services in response to the needs of our clients in Canadian Federal, Provincial or Municipal sector and / or private sectors.

As a member of our Business Development team, the successful candidate will work with the Recruiter and Management team in responding to client requests on existing and future contracts, as well as developing strategies for acquiring and managing future business.

WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE?

 Provide proposal development leadership to Business Development team in support of additional revenue generation objectives.
 Set up the proposal response team, communicate win strategy and themes, and work with the Executives to define the pricing strategy for the responses.
 Oversee the preparation of responses to requests for proposals and services, ensuring all mandatory and rated criteria are met.
 Provide support, guidance, and quality assurance to bid teams and revision of documents.
 Follow-up with client references to ensure response compliance to requests for proposals and services requirements.
 Manage, write, and conduct QA on Proposals and ensure timely submission of proposals.
 Maintain win-loss submission information, debrief losses, and maintain a lessons-learned repository to improve the NavPoint response capability to requests for proposals and services and the overall win ratio.

OTHER GENERAL DUTIES AS REQUIRED

 Manage multiple competing priorities and, if required, work with management to determine priorities.
 Work closely with all stakeholders and teammates.
 Attend meetings and advise senior management on opportunities and marketplace trends.
 Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
 Provide support to internal corporate business requirements and special projects as identified by the Management Team.
 Work with MS Office suite products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

WHAT OTHER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE COULD BE AN ASSET?

• Must have a post-secondary degree or diploma, ideally in business or a related field.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in RFP proposal writing and development.
• Strong organization skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to learn quickly.
• Excellent writing and editing skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent time management and ability to work effectively individually and within a team.
• Experience in the IM/IT RFP industry would be an asset; and
• Fluency in English (French is an asset).
