Senior Change Management Microsoft 365 Consultant

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

NavPoint is looking for a senior Change Management Consultant with MS 365 prior project implementation experience in a government (Federal, Provincial, Municipal), Government Agency or Crown corporation to deliver change management strategies and tactical interventions.

WHAT IS ESSENTIAL FOR THIS ROLE?

• Previous change management experience on a MS 365 project responsible for the design, development, implementation, and support of the people-side of a MS Office 365 implementation with at least 2 different government / crown clients.
• Successful track record of developing and implementing change management strategies and plans (including communications, training and change management for Exchange online, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint) while leveraging leading industry best practices in each of these areas.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments and analysis.
• Experience designing and conducting change readiness assessments or change adoption assessments; conducting analysis and making recommendations based on findings.
• Ability to manage organizational change in an Agile and cross functional team approach.
• Ability to collaborate across client business and project teams (including IT and external vendors) to identify change related opportunities to integrate MS Office 365 solutions into everyday use to add additional value for client
• Demonstrated history of developing leading edge online learning solutions to support MS 365.
• A valid accreditation in Change Management (e.g. Prosci Change Management Certification, Being First, Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) or equivalent.
• A valid and relevant University degree OR a valid and relevant two-year College diploma.
• Ability to obtain a Government of Canada Secret security clearance or candidate is in possession of such clearance. This typically requires Permanent Residence or Canadian Citizen status with a minimum of 2 years of residency.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to advice, coach and mentor individuals on the front-line up to the C-suite.

Microsoft 365 Consultants

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

NavPoint is looking for Microsoft Office 365 consultants to work with some of our key customers and to provide a platform for you to demonstrate your deep expertise in MS Office 365.

WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS ROLE?

• Previous experience in the design, implementation and support of MS Office 365 and related technology solutions with at least 2 different government / crown clients.
• Experience in Information Management, Business Analysis, Business Process Design, Workflows and Automation.
• MS Office 365 certification.
• Ability to obtain a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability security clearance or candidate is in possession of such clearance.

WHAT OTHER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE COULD BE AN ASSET?

• Deep subject matter expertise with respect to various Microsoft technologies and able to provide implementation recommendations on Microsoft technologies.
• MS 365 and other related technologies solution design and architecture.
• Experience working with IT and business teams as technical support to clients for Office 365 and other technologies.
• Familiarity with the Power Platform.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to individuals at all levels of an organization.

Business Transformation Architects (Secret Clearance)

NavPoint is proactively seeking Business Transformation Architects for our Federal Client.

Experience levels:
• Level 1: Less than 5 years of experience;
• Level 2: 5 to 10 years of experience;
• Level 3: Greater than 10 years of experience, or greater than 5 years of experience with a recognized professional certification.

Responsibilities could include but are not limited to:
• Analysis and development of business success "critical success factors";
• Analysis and development of architecture requirements design, process development, process mapping and training;
• Responsible for leading other functional staff to define business strategy and processes in support of transformation and change management activities;
• Participate in change impact analysis and change management activities;
• Participate in organizational realignment (job re-design organizational re-structuring);
• Coordinate development of training and coordination with other stakeholders; and
• Create presentations and present to various stakeholders, and facilitate meetings and discussions.
